How the Training Works
Cadets begin inside the Academy App. Each training module opens a mission page with instructions, a PDF field manual, and mission review questions.
After reading the training manual and answering the review questions correctly, cadets receive a Command Unlock Code. That code is entered back into the Academy App to complete the module and unlock the next step.
After all modules are completed, cadets may receive access to their Command Leadership Division completion certificate through the Academy system.
Leadership Recognition
Cadets who complete multiple Academy divisions may qualify for an official Starfighters Academy Leadership Recognition Letter. This letter can recognize initiative, discipline, mission completion, communication growth, problem-solving ability, leadership development, and commitment to continuous learning.
