Promotions are earned through service points and mission progress. Insignia uses a clean system: bars show experience, and stars show advanced certification and leadership levels.

How Promotions Work

Cadets advance automatically when they meet the point threshold and complete required phase milestones.

Service Points
Earn points from phases, missions, approved community signals, referrals, and weekly activities.
Milestone Gates
Some ranks require readiness steps (Phase I / Phase II / FRQ / certification ribbons).
Insignia Logic
Bars = experience tier. Stars = specialization / leadership tier.
Profile Display
Your current rank and insignia appear on your Cadet Profile and dashboard.

Command Note: Ranks are designed to reward consistency, learning, and contribution—not speed. Cadets can progress at their own pace and still reach top-tier command levels over time.

Rank Ladder

Official insignia reference images (save/crop as needed for UI badges).

Ranks 1–3: Entry into the Academy and early promotions based on service points.

Ranks 4–7: Flight clearance path and early specialization tiers.

Ranks 8–11: Elite certification and leadership ranks (Officer tiers).

Ranks 12–14: Command-level ranks for long-term veterans and top-tier leaders.
